Francis Oguaju Provides Dumpsters for Zara Community, conducts Waste Management Sensitization

Francis O. Oguaju, a serving Corps member at Babayaro Memorial International School Mariri, Kumbotso LGA, Kano State, with state code number : KN/17B/2515, has provided dumpsters to the community.

Francis is a graduate of Business management at Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Anambra State. He is native of Ubulu Village, in Eziowelle Community in Idemilli North LGA of Anambra.

Agarawa Kayode Builds Medical Lab in Osun Camp

National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) 2016 Batch Corps Member, Agarawu Kayode has constructed a medical laboratory in the Orientation Camp, Ede, Osun State.

The project was inaugurated by the DG of NYSC, Brigadier General Sulaiman Kazaure during his visit to the camp.

While commending the project executor, General Kazaure said he has fulfilled one of the four cardinal programmes of NYSC by initiating a project that would benefit the entire camp community.

Anyaogu Rejoice Builds Toilet for Host Community in Taraba State

Anyaogu Onyeyirichi Rejoice, NYSC 2016 Batch B Corps Member serving in Sabongida Tukura Kurmi LGA of Taraba State has built a toilet for the community school as her personal Community Development Service (CDS) project. 

According to Miss Anyaogu, the community were very supportive on her project by donating money and items such as blocks, plastering sand, sharp sand, gravel, wood for door, etc. Members of the community also volunteered their services in roofing, digging, etc..

Eneji Stephen and Gloria adibe provides portable water, free medical counseling in Plateau

In a collaborative Community Development Service (CDS), NYSC 2016/2017 Batch A Corps Members; Eneji Stephen and Glory Adibe has provided portable water for Gassa community of Barkin Ladi LGA by rehabilitating two boreholes.

Since the borehole systems went down 10 years ago, the community has not had access to portable drinkable water.

The CDS Project was commissioned on March 1st, 2017 by NYSC Officials in the State.

Micheal Achibi constructs signpost for GDSS Katami

As his contribution to the change and development of his host community. Michael Achibi has constructed a signpost for Government Day Secondary School (GDSS) Katami, Silame Local Government, Sokoto State.

The CDS Project was commissioned by NYSC Officials on 28th February,  2017.

Michael said "The reason behind this is to create awareness for visitors or strangers coming here for the first time and also uplift the standard of the school to a greater height".
